October 3 was a VERY exciting but unexpected day!!! Had no idea this was in fact going to be "Baby Day", grandma had to leave the hospital to go pick up Daddy at work. While she was on her way, grandpa was getting big sister and brother from school to head to Springfield and they were getting me all ready for the big moment!!! Had no bag, which meant no camera and you would think the gift store would carry disposable cameras but heck no this is 2011 they hadnt for "years" so thank goodness for iphones with good cameras!! We welcomed our sweet baby girl at 3:41PM, BRAYLEE RAE SARGENT , 5lbs 14oz and 20 inches long, which was way off from ultrasound just the Friday before, but she was PERFECT in every way!! The NICU team was there as she was early and just 2 days before this an amniocentensis showed her lungs were very immature and not ready for delivery but she came out screaming:) Here are a few pictures from her first moments of life! What a wonderful gift from God!
